Course documentationThe training follows AFS 2006: 6 and EU Directive 89/656 / EEC.
After completing the training and passing the test participants receive a diploma.

What does the law say?According to the law the risk of the employee falling to a lower level must be prevented. If necessary, guardrails, work platforms, work baskets or scaffolding must be used. If this equipment cannot be used due to the nature of the work, personal fall protection equipment must be used.
Personal fall protection shall be used if it is needed for safe access to the various parts of the lifting device or if there is a risk that the lifting device will be hit by another device or vehicle.
Employer shall, at no cost to the employee, provide the personal protective equipment needed for the work. The employer must inform the employee in advance of the risks that the personal protective equipment in question must protect against. The employer must also arrange for instruction and exercise and, if necessary, demonstrate how the equipment is to be used so that the intended protective effect is achieved.
